Know someone drowning in work a machine should be doing?

Introduce them. If they become a client you get 10% of their first invoice, and 5% a month for as long as a retainer runs. No cap on either.

Apply to joinTakes two minutes. Radwan reads every one.

What it pays

The terms, in full, before you apply.

Published rather than discussed on a call, because a commission you have to ask about is one you will spend the whole relationship wondering about.

10%

of the first invoice, on every new client you introduce, whatever they buy.

5%

a month, every month, for as long as a retainer you introduced keeps running.

Once the client has paid, not when they sign.

What that is worth

Worked against the real bands on the pricing page. Examples rather than quotes: a client’s engagement is its own size.

Who this suits

People who are already having the conversation.

The useful version of this is one sentence said to somebody who already has the problem. It is not a sales job and we would rather you did not treat it as one.

  • Accountants, lawyers and advisers

You sit in the conversation where a client says the back office is drowning. You are not going to build them anything and you would rather not recommend a stranger.

  • Agencies and studios

A client asks for something outside what you do, and today that request either gets turned down or sits in a queue. This is a way to answer it without hiring for it.

  • Fractional CTOs and consultants

You advise several companies at once and can see which of them has a process problem worth fixing. You want the work done properly, because your name is on the recommendation.

  • Operators who write or speak

People ask you what to use and who to trust. If you are going to name somebody, there is no reason it should be unpaid.

How it works

Four steps, and one of them is waiting.

  1. 01

    Apply

One short form. Tell us who you work with and why AISynq would be a sensible thing for you to recommend. Radwan reads every application himself.

  2. 02

Get approved, and get a link

Approved partners get a referral link and a written copy of these terms. The link tags anyone who arrives through it, so attribution does not depend on either of us remembering.

  3. 03

    Introduce someone

Send the link, or make an introduction by email. An introduction with context converts better than a link, and we will say so on the call rather than pretending otherwise.

  4. 04

    Get paid

10% of the first invoice once the client has paid it, then 5% a month for as long as a retainer runs.

Four fields. We are reading for whether the people around you have the problem we fix, not for a pitch.

Questions

What people ask before applying

When do I actually get paid?

Once the client has paid, not when they sign. We invoice the client, the client pays, and your share goes out in the next payment run. If a client never pays, nobody gets paid, which is the same risk we carry.

How long does attribution last?

Ninety days from the first click on your link, or indefinitely if you made the introduction by email, because an introduction is not ambiguous. If two partners have a claim on the same client we will tell both of you and split it rather than deciding quietly.

Do I have to sell anything?

No, and we would rather you did not. The useful version of this is you saying one sentence to somebody who already has the problem. We take it from there, and if they are not a fit we tell them so.

What if the client is already talking to you?

Then it is not a referral and we will say so when you send it. We keep a record of live conversations and check it when a referral arrives. You will not find this out six months later.

Can I be rejected?

Yes. This is an approved programme rather than an open affiliate scheme, because anyone with a link is effectively speaking for us. If we decline, we will tell you why.

Is there a cap?

No cap on the number of referrals and no cap on what one pays. The recurring share runs for as long as the retainer does.

Next step

If you are not sure whether the people around you are the right fit, apply anyway and say so. A no costs you one email.
