Terms
These terms cover your use of aisynq.com and the free memo offered on the funds page. Paid engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement, and where the two conflict, that agreement wins.
Who we are
AISynq is an AI consultancy. Contact: hello@aisynq.com.
Using this site
You may read, quote and link to anything published here. Attribution with a link is expected for anything quoted at length. You may not scrape the site to train a model without asking first, republish articles in full, or use the AISynq name in a way that implies a relationship that does not exist.
The site is provided as it is. We aim to keep it available and correct, and we do not guarantee either.
What the writing is and is not
Articles and case studies here are written from our own experience and are general information rather than advice for your situation. Acting on them without adapting them to your circumstances is your decision and your risk.
Figures quoted on this site, including the DHL figure, describe programmes AISynq contributed to. They are not a prediction of what any future engagement will achieve, and we make no such prediction anywhere on this site.
The free 48-hour memo
Four things about it, all of which are stated on the page that offers it:
- It carries no fee and no obligation on either side. We may decline a request, and we will say why.
- 48 hours is not enough time to audit security, to assess a large codebase with confidence, or to evaluate a model whose quality rests on training data we cannot see. The memo states what it could not cover.
- It is our professional opinion formed quickly. It is not an audit, an attestation, or a recommendation to invest or not to invest. Your investment decision remains entirely yours.
- You may share it inside your fund and with your investment committee. Publishing it, or passing it to the company it concerns without telling us, is not permitted.
To the extent the law allows, AISynq accepts no liability for a decision taken on the basis of a free memo.
Confidentiality
What you send through a form on this site is treated as confidential and is used only to reply to you and to run the engagement, if one follows. We sign an NDA on request and usually before any technical detail is exchanged.
Intellectual property
The text, design and code of this site belong to AISynq. Third-party marks shown in the logo strip belong to their owners and appear to describe work delivered, not to imply endorsement, partnership or a current retainer.
In paid engagements, work product transfers to the client on payment, on the terms of the signed agreement.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else the law does not permit to be limited. Beyond that, and for free material on this site including the memo, AISynq is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or lost opportunity.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction stated in your engagement agreement. Where no agreement exists, disputes about this site are to be resolved in the courts of AISynq’s place of business.
Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the site after that means the new version applies.
