This page describes what AISynq collects when you use aisynq.com, why, how long it is kept, and how to have it removed. It is written to be read rather than to satisfy a lawyer, and where a plain statement and a legal one differ, the plain one here is the commitment.

What we collect

When you fill in a form

The fields you complete, which across the site can include your email address, name, company, website, role, message, the company you are asking us to evaluate, and your decision date. Alongside them we store the page you submitted from, the campaign slug if you arrived from a link we sent, and any UTM parameters on the URL.

Lawful basis: legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you made, and consent where you subscribed to the newsletter.

When you allow analytics

Nothing analytics-related runs until you choose “Allow analytics”. The default is off. If you allow it, three services run:

  • PostHog records which pages you view, which buttons you click, and session replays. Every form input is masked before it leaves your browser, so what you type is never recorded.
  • Microsoft Clarity records heatmaps and session replays under strict masking, which hides text content as well as inputs.
  • Google Analytics records which pages you view and where you arrived from. It is configured to truncate your IP address before storing it, and it records no session replay.

If you arrive on a link we sent you by email, that link may carry your name, company and email address in the URL. Where you have allowed analytics, those values are attached to your PostHog profile so we can see how you moved through the site. Where you have not, they are attached to nothing.

Campaign page views

Pages under /for/ record a row containing the page slug, the referring URL and any UTM parameters. No cookie, no identifier, and nothing that identifies you personally. This runs whether or not you allowed analytics, because it measures the page rather than the person.

Server logs

Our host records standard request logs including IP address, which we also use to rate limit form submissions. We do not read these except when investigating abuse or a fault.

How long it is kept

  • Enquiries and memo requests: 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted.
  • Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe, then the record is removed within 30 days.
  • Campaign page views: 24 months, then deleted.
  • PostHog, Clarity and Google Analytics: per each provider’s own retention. PostHog session replays expire after their configured window, typically 30 days.
  • Server logs: per our host’s retention, typically 30 days.

Who it is shared with

Four processors, and nobody else. We do not sell data and we do not run advertising pixels on this site.

  • Supabase stores form submissions and subscriber records.
  • Resend delivers the confirmation and notification emails.
  • PostHog, Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics receive analytics data, and only if you allowed it.

Where you book a call, the booking provider linked from the contact page collects your details under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

Before you make a choice, the site sets no cookies at all. Your choice itself is stored in your browser’s local storage under the key aisynq.consent.v1, which never leaves your device. A referral code, where you arrived through a partner link, is stored the same way for ninety days so the partner can be paid, and it says nothing about you. If you allow analytics, PostHog, Clarity and Google Analytics set their own cookies for session continuity.

To change your mind, clear this site’s storage in your browser and the choice is asked again on your next visit.

Your rights, and how to delete your data

You can ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@aisynq.com with the subject line Data request and the address you used on the site.

We reply within five working days and complete the request within 30 days. A deletion request removes your rows from our database and unsubscribes you from any email. It cannot reach into PostHog or Clarity retroactively for records already expired, and where those records still exist we forward the deletion to them.

Every marketing email carries a working unsubscribe link that takes effect on the first click, with no confirmation step.

Where the data sits

Supabase, Resend, PostHog, Clarity and Google Analytics all process data in the United States. Transfers rely on each provider’s standard contractual clauses.

Changes

When this page changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. There is no mailing list for policy updates, so the date is the honest signal.
