AISynq

AI training

In one day, your team learns to use AI on the work they already do.

No slides. No theory. We start with the work your team already does every week, and we do it with AI together, while they watch. Then they try it themselves.

The two teams who have done this measured 252% and 217% more work getting done afterwards.

I come to your office, or we do it on a video call. Either way it is live, and it is me.

I only take 3 teams at a time.

What happened

One team measured 252% more done. The other 217%.

  • 252%

A team of engineers, working AI-first

I trained their engineers to build with AI as the default rather than the exception. They measured 252% more output afterwards.

  • 217%

A whole company, not only engineering

Every team was trained, not just the technical one, as part of their plan to become a 20x company. They measured 217% more across the business.

Two companies is two companies. It is not a study, and your number will be your own. Both measured the same way: what the work took before, against what it took after.

The problem

You bought AI tools. Almost nobody on your team uses them.

That is not their fault. Most AI training is a talk about AI. Everyone goes back to their desk and works the same way as before.

  • $37bn

is what companies spent on AI in 2025.

  • 28%

of staff know how to use the AI tools their company bought them.

  • 7.5%

got any real training on them.

  • 85%

say they cannot use the training they got on their own job.

People do not pick this up from a talk. They pick it up by doing one of their own jobs with AI, once, with someone sitting next to them.

What it is

One day with your team. In your office, or on a video call.

I spend the day with your team. In your office, or on Zoom, Teams or Google Meet. It is live, so you can stop me, ask me anything, and hand me a job that is going badly.

We do not use made-up examples. We use the real jobs your team did last week.

Nobody leaves this day with less to do. AI takes the first pass at the boring parts, your people stay in charge of the work, and the point is that they get through more of it.

To be clear

  • It is not a video course.
  • It is not a recording.
  • It is not a slide deck I email you afterwards.

The day

What we do, hour by hour.

  1. 01

    Morning

    See where the time goes

By lunch you can name the jobs eating your team’s week, in hours.

We look at two or three jobs your team does every week. We watch how they get done now, step by step, and add up the hours.

  2. 02

    Midday

    Fix the worst one, live

The worst job in your week gets faster before lunch is over.

We pick the job that wastes the most time and redo it with AI in front of everyone. Nothing new to install. Nothing new to learn from scratch.

  3. 03

    Afternoon

    Everyone tries it

Everyone leaves able to do it again on Monday without me.

Each person does it on their own job while I watch and help. Doing it once beats hearing about it twice.

  4. 04

    Close

    One page to take away

You leave with one page you will actually read.

What worked, what to stop doing, what to try next. One page. Nobody reads a folder.

Included

Three things you keep.

Most training is forgotten in two weeks. These three are here to stop that.

  • A free AI plan for your team

    Before the day. 30 minutes.

We go through what your team does. I tell you where AI saves you real hours, and where it wastes your money. It is free, and it is yours even if you never book the day.

  • A call every two weeks

For a month after. 30 minutes each.

We check what your team kept doing, and what slipped back to the old way. Old habits come back in about three weeks, so someone has to look.

  • Your one-pager

We write it on the day.

The cheat sheet we build during the session, about your jobs, in your words. Keep it. Give it to the next person you hire.

Start here

Start with the free plan. It costs nothing.

Book a 30-minute call. Bring two or three jobs your team does every week that take too long.

You leave with a short written plan: which parts of the work AI should do the first pass on, which parts it should stay out of, and roughly how many hours each one saves you.

The plan is yours to keep. Even if we never speak again, you can use it.

We only talk about the paid day if the plan says it would help.

Fit

Who this is for, and who should skip it.

Book it if

  • Your team has AI tools and hardly touches them.
  • You have 4 to 30 people who do the same kind of work every week.
  • You can give up one full day, and your team can bring real work to it.

Skip it if

  • You want a certificate. There is not one.
  • You want your engineers taught to build AI features. That is a different job and this is not it.
  • Nobody can spare a full day. Half a team for half a day does nothing, and I would rather say that now than take your money.

What this day will not fix

We only fix the jobs we get to in one day. If a job is slow because two teams argue about who owns it, AI will not help, and I will say so on the day. That happens more often than you would think. And the figures above came from two companies, so treat them as what happened twice rather than as what happens always.

Who runs it

Who I am.

I am Radwan Altaf. I have spent twelve years building software for DHL, AT&T, Accenture and the Singapore Government. I run the day myself. I do not send anyone else.
