Answer engines do not rank pages, they quote them, and that changes what matters about a page. Four things decide it. Whether the crawlers that feed those engines are allowed in, which is where most sites fail without knowing, because a copied robots.txt blocks GPTBot and nobody has read it since. Whether there is a liftable answer near the top rather than a preamble. Whether a machine can read the structure, which means one clear heading and structured data rather than prose it has to infer from. And whether the claims carry sources, because an engine is increasingly reluctant to repeat something unsupported.

Being quotable is one problem. Whether the thing is worth building is another.

One limit worth stating
Every check here is necessary and none of them is sufficient. A page can clear all fourteen and still never be cited, because the thing that actually earns a citation is knowing something the other pages do not, and no checker judges that.
What this catches is the case where you already know something worth quoting and the page is quietly preventing anyone from taking it. That is a common and cheap problem, which is why it is worth a free tool. The expensive problem is the other one, and it is the same problem as working out what is worth doing at all.
